In this two part tutorial I show how to build a home desktop computer that is suitable for HD Video Editing, Special Effects Production and Gaming.

I show in depth instructions on how to insert ALL the components that go into your PC. There really is nothing that difficult in putting the computer together. If you follow my instructions carefully and the Manual for your Motherboard, then you can't go wrong. Just take it one step at a time and don't get overwhelmed.

I bought mid-range good quality parts for this computer, trying not to go overboard for components that I did not need, but putting more of an investment into the components that are critical for a Video Editing Machine.

List of all the components for the build:

Intel i7-2600k CPU
ASUS P8P67 Motherboard
Coolermaster 690ii Advanced Case
