I don't have any ideas as to what the problem is and can find no other reports anywhere on the internet about the same problem.
All I can say is to check you are using the correct discs.

Have you tried ignoring the error message and just burning the disc ?
Sometimes DVDA reports the wrong estimated disc size.

What type of discs are you using ?

Have you tried doing a full program reset for DVD Architect ?
DVDA can be reset the same way Vegas is reset.

Forgot the disc name since i hv print on them, i guess its TDK, not sure.

I tried ignoring error message.

I have not been using DVD architect for a while & majority of rendering options have disappeared in edit software msp12. only HD 25 fps appear under main concept.

How do i reset the programme?

I recommend you reset both Movie Studio and DVD Architect - this may fix all your problems!
