OK, Sorry, I overlooked changing the 'skin' but went back and looked at your example and figured out how to do it so now it looks like yours. I haven't gone back and changed to an older driver yet, still need to figure out how to do that now.
DESKTOP: Dell PC WINDOWS 10 PRO, 64-bit, Ver:1607, OS BLD: 14393.1066

Screen blacked out again just as soon as I tried to view a YouTube video so I immediately maximized MSI Afterburnner and made a snapshot screen capture. Not sure what it's telling me though. I closed my explorer window and reopened FireFox and tried viewing the same YouTube video and everything is working fine.
Still puzzled.
