Solved Video on top of A picture ?

Hi There

I cant find a Video that show you how to
play/Place a Video on top of a Picture that you
like to use as a back ground.

Can you do it with Vegas Movie Studio platinum (9)?
that is the one I am siting with will upgrade soon.

I did get the Video that show you how to put one video on top
of another or more. but I like to use a still Picture and put a
Small video on top of it because if this video is to big it fall apart
I did the Video with my Sell phone.

This is simple. Put your video on track 1 at the top. On track 2 below it drag a picture file. Then grab the right side of the picture file with the left mouse button and drag it right to stretch it so it is as long as the video file above. The video on top has priority so as long as the frame size of the video is smaller it will show. if not you can crop it or shrink it as needed.
