Created a project, video and stills.
Placed DVD into computer.
Clicked "DVD".
A window appears "Render Parameters" and "Drive Parameters".
I click "OK".
The process begins.
Out of a 70 minute project, video, a 10 still of the first frame is all that gets written to the DVD.
Have tried various discs with no success.
Help!

Hi Tolki

Which exact program and version are you using ?

I will assume you are trying to burn a DVD direct from the timeline using this pathway:
Make Movie / Burn it to DVD or Blu-ray disc / DVD

What it most likely happening, is a loop region is marked on the timeline by accident and that is why only a small portion is being burnt to DVD.
Because burning a DVD from timeline only has minimal controls, there is no where to turn this off in the window you are using.

The easiest way to fix this problem, is to drag the loop region back to zero on the timeline.
Bring the timeline cursor to the zero point and then zoom right into the timeline using the wheel on your mouse.
Now look just above the timeline ruler and you will see two yellow triangles.
These represent a loop region when dragged out.
Grab hold of the second one and drag it all the way back to zero.
Just make sure you zoomed in far enough, right down to the frame by frame level, and can see that it is definitely returned to the zero point.

Now you will be able to burn 100% of your disc.

Regards
Derek.
