Hi ALPQ45
This is the first time I have ever heard of this error before.
It sounds like you have a Windows permissions problem or a bad file download/install.
1. The first thing to do is completely uninstall Sound Forge Pro 14 and then
re-boot your computer.
2. Open this folder on your computer.
This is where your MAGIX program downloads live on your computer.
Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager
Find any copies of Sound Forge Pro 14 and delete them.
3. Re-download the installer file for Sound Forge Pro 14, using this link:
dl03.magix.net/soundforgepro14_dlm.exe
4. Go to your Downloads folder and right-click the installer file.
Select
Run As Administrator.
5. Be patient while it opens - sometimes it can be very slow to open.
Then select all the same options you see in this screen shot.
Did it install correctly this time ?
âšī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
