Hello Igator
I have never heard of that happening before and not sure what would be causing it.
Your current solution sounds like the best idea to fix it.
There could be something weird going on with your audio drivers - that is about the only thing I can think of.
Go to Options / Preferences / Audio Device
Try switching
Audio Device Type =
Windows Classic Wave Driver
Which exact version of Vegas are you using ?
Which build version do you have installed ?
Go to Help / About to find this info.
How are you applying
Elastique Timestretch ?
1. Right-click audio file, go to Properties and turn on Elastique Timestretch ?
OR
2. Adding Elastique Timestretch Audio FX to entire Audio Track, using
Fx button in track control box ?
OR
3. Adding Elastique Timestretch Audio FX to
Fx button inside of Audio file on Timeline ?
Regards
Derek
