Window handle missing, cant adjust my window was created by loli

Hi
I have studio platinum 13 and my "handles" are missing on each window. Therefore i cant change their size. It seems to be locked. How can i unlock them to adjust my worktable window?

I recommend you perform a full program reset - that should fix your problem.

Before (and/or after) you do that, change to the Advanced Edit Mode. See upper left corner.
