Borix FX has a Unit which is part of their Continuum Suite of Video FX.
I think is called Beauty Studio.

Boris FX Units can be bought individually or as the complete Continuum Suite of FX.
You can also subscribe as well now, instead of having to buy out right, which is a lot cheaper.
You would need to get the OFX versions to work with Vegas Pro 18.

Here is a tutorial showing the FX in action.
