Has anyone who purchased the Vegas Pro v18 with the v19 free upgrade received their v19 yet?  I purchased mine in July and haven't heard anything from them since and they aren't responding to emails.
DESKTOP: Dell PC WINDOWS 10 PRO, 64-bit, Ver:1607, OS BLD: 14393.1066
INTEL Core: i7-4790, CPU @3.60 GHz, Inst RAM:16.0 GB
GeForce GTX 745, Driver ver: 376.53, Tot avail grap: 12225 MB, Ded vid mem: 4096 MB DDR3
Shared Sys Mem: 8159 MB, DirectX Runtime Ver:12.0

LAPTOP: MSI GE72MVR 7RG
GTX-1070

I haven't seen complaints about this for a while anymore at the "official" MAGIX VEGAS site. You need to  "contact customer support, specifying your order number, under: shop@magix.net ".

Has the V19 'officially' been released now?  I didn't want to contact them to complain about not receiving v19 if it hasn't been released yet.

Make sure to check ALL your Spam/Junk email folders.
As the Magix Forum message said, sometimes email service providers are very aggressive and can mark safe email messages as Spam and/or block the actual email.

I am in the same boat. I contacted customer support many times expressing the deal. They have no record of any such deal. I am still using 18. Apparently they don't care if they lose me as a customer. Unless I see some response my next upgrade will not be anything related to Vegas or Magix.
