Hi Alderny
Thanks for posting on the forum!
VEGAS Pro 23 has a completely new video engine and colour management system. It was extensively Beta tested before release, to try and find most of the major bugs. Due to large sections of code being re-written, to make it more stable and faster, some unique problems do slip through the cracks. I know the developers are working very hard to identify and log every major bug and get those problems fixed a.s.a.p. On my computer, I have found most projects are rendering faster with VP23.
There are two main things that could be causing slower render times in VEGAS Pro 23, compared to VEGAS Pro 22:
1. Something to do with Intel ARC A750 drivers and VP23 - this would need to be addressed if it is an actual problem.
OR
2. Something specific that it is in your project, that is related to a new VP23 bug.
Example: I know a bug has been discovered, if you have added key-frame animation to still images. This bug makes rendering sections like this, incredibly slow.
I recommend you post a message on the official VEGAS Pro forums and explain your exact situation. The developers do read everything on the official forum and want to know about problems! Make sure to mention your Graphics Card model. Also, what type of media is in the project? Video type, media type, etc...
