Hi!
Frustrating problem has suddenly appeared in my sony vegas pro 12. I cant see anything in preview window. It is totally black. I have been trying to find out what is wrong but I really don´t know. Any idea?

Hi Helena
My guess is that you accidentally turned ON Split Screen Preview and have it set to Clipboard.
This button is next to Preview Window Quality settings - turn it OFF.
If something else is going on, there is another thing you can do.
Do a full program reset. This will restore all settings and windows and also clean the Vegas temporary cache which gets filled with crap over time.
Do this:
Turn Vegas Off.
Hold down CONTROL and SHIFT keys at the same time AND ALSO AT THE SAME TIME double click program icon on Desktop to Boot program.
Window will pop up.
Select Delete Cache and Yes.
This will restore program to Factory Default Settings.
Regards
Derek
