In this video tutorial I show new users of Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 the basics of how to add text media on top of a video.

The best way to learn Vegas Movie Studio or Vegas Pro, is to master one tool at a time and get a clear understanding of the most basic features and tools. Starting with the basic Text Media Generator, is a great place to begin learning.

If you understand the core basics, it is a lot easier, faster and more enjoyable to create more advanced projects.

In the next tutorial on Text, I will show you how to animate text.
