I've been speaking with a friend who has persuaded me to go with a Ryzen 2700x processor and an MSI B450m gaming plus motherboard. What are your thoughts on this combination? I'd never considered switching to AMD before. I used to have an AMD Athlon 64 in my old pro tools rig, but it never occurred to me to use it for video editing.
