Is it possible to increase of a clip from 25 fps to 50 fps, then slow it down to 25 fps for slow motion?

You would have to render the 25 fps video into 50 fps video first, then import the new 50 fps video into a new project.
However, this method will most likely produce very poor looking video.

This is getting confusing, because you have started new forum threads all over the place and they all seem to be related.
Can you please ask all your questions in the same place next time.
I will answer under your other thread.

Microsoft 10 has a new feature in its photo editing - "Slow Motion." This may help you.
