Solved NewBlue Titler Pro 7

Good afternoon.  I am hoping somebody may be able to help with my problem.  I downloaded a couple of weeks ago the movie expansion pack from Magix which included NewBlue Titler 7 build number 200219 onto my laptop and all works Ok with lower thirds being included in the legacy category.  Now a couple of weeks later on receipt of my new PC I downloaded the expansion pack once again.  NewBlue titler 7 is now build number 210730 and some of the legacy categories are missing.  Have contacted NewBlue support but I am still awaiting a reply.  My question here is anybody else using build number 210730 and do you have Lower thirds, main titles and Motion Bugs is the Legacy section.  Or do I have a corrupt download?  Cheers John

I can't help with this problem, because I don't have the same products on my system.
I use NewBlue Total FX which includes everything NewBlue makes including Titler Pro 7.

Did you buy this "movie expansion pack" just by itself or did it come with a particular program you bought ?

Is the version of the Titler you have called Titler Pro 7 or just called Titler 7 ?

Derek I am told by support that sadly they do not install with the new version of Titler Pro 7.  They will only show if you previously had the products installed.
