I know I can't add another text track.

Where did you get that idea?

You can add as many text tracks as you like.
A Text Track is just a Video Track - there is no difference.
Just add another Video Track and place your extra Text events on it.

When it says Text Track, that is purely a label only - it has no special function.
ℹī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
