Solved Capturing video

I am trying to capture video using a pinnacle device(510). When i click on the device i get a Can't open...or being used by another program. Help

Some more information would be very helpful.

Are you using a version of Movie Studio Platinum or Vegas Pro with this program ?

Please note: The Video Capture App inside Movie Studio Platinum and Vegas Pro is ONLY for downloading DV Tape from a Video Camera that records onto tape.

I am using Sony Movie Studio Version 13. I do the sound and media for my church. I am trying to capture the video from our cameras onto our computer, so i can later edit the video and make a DVD/CD for people to take the service home to view.

I have no knowledge on how to use Pinnacle capture devices. Sounds like you need a more professional solution.

What type of cameras do you use ?

You probably need something like a Black Magic Design product.
