In this tutorial I show two ways to apply Special Effects (Fx) to a specific part of a video using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.
When you apply a Video Effect Fx to an individual Video or Video Track Layer, it effects the whole part. However sometimes you only want a particular section of one video to be effected by the Fx. Watch the video to find out how you can do this.
