In this video tutorial I show how to create a video FREEZE using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.
Sometimes in a video project you may want to freeze a video clip at a particular point, and keep it frozen for a set length of time, and then continue back into the video.
Using my method you will learn how to actually take a still screen capture of any part of your video. It is important to set your Preview Window in Vegas to "Best + Full" if you want the highest quality picture possible. Learning how to do this is also great for creating a thumbnail for your video if needed.
I also explain how to take a good quality still picture, of any part of a video.
