In this video tutorial I show how to layer text over the top of a video or still image using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.
This tutorial is intended for NEW BEGINNERS who are just starting to learn how to use Vegas Movie Studio.
The most important thing to remember when placing Text over an Image or Video below, is to always select the 'checkerboard' text preset which means the video or image will show through underneath. If you just want to create text on a solid colour background, then choose a different preset with a colour background.
