I'm not sure if this problem is only happening on my computer !
I just did a major update of the forum software (after careful testing offsite) and afterwards, the buttons/controls in the Forum Editor (new message) window had disappeared.
The remedy to fix this problem, is to Delete your web browser's Cookies and History for all time.
I apologize if this has happened.
