Hi

I have a ATI Radeon HD 5800 series video card. It does not show in the drop down list for video processing. Is it NOT supported in SVP 12 ?

It should. System requirement for AMD/ATI Graphics card: "Requires an OpenCL-enabled GPU and Catalyst driver 11.7 or later with a Radeon HD 57xx or higher GPU. If using a FirePro GPU, FirePro unified driver 8.85 or later is required." Does your computer meet these requirements? Maybe DoctorZen can give more info.

Which Catalyst Driver do you have installed ?
If it is out of date, please update to the newest Build version and then your card should appear.
ℹ️ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
Unplugging is the best way to find solutions to your problems. If you would like to share some love, post a customer testimonial or make a donation.
