Solved Special Effects

I was wondering if there was a way to highlight an item in the video with hopefully a yellow "glow" or highlight around it and only it.

If that makes sense. We are filming a "Superhero" themed Movie in our homeschooling Movie Making class, and we need an item to look like it's "glowing" or charged up after a certain time in the filming. It might be too advanced for anything here, but I thought I would ask.

You can apply any Video Effect you want.
I am sick with the flu right now, so I'm not writing long explanations today.
This video should help you out, if you adapt it to the Video Effect you like and choose to use.
ℹī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
