VEGAS Pro 14 Edit for $20 in Humble Software Bundle was created by ERicJ

Just got a newsfeed notice about this:
www.humblebundle.com/software/vegas-pro-creative-freedom

As a current user of Movie Studio Platinum 13, is it worth upgrading to VEGAS Pro 14 Edit for $20?
What whizbang new features would be there?
And more importantly, do I lose any features?

Thanks!

You can have Vegas Pro and Movie Studio Platinum installed at the same time, in fact several versions of both. Only a new build/update of a version replaces your existing build of that version.
Some of the "highlights" are listed in that Magix-approved offer. More of "What's new" with Vegas Pro 14 in comparison to previous Vegas Pros here . The version changelog is here .
