There are only two types of tracks on the timeline, in reality - Audio and Video.
Text & Video are examples of a Video tracks.
Audio & Music are both Audio tracks.
The name of the track is only a "label" and means nothing more than that.
In Movie Studio Platinum 13, the program inserts a few tracks to help new users get going.
In V13 they reduced the starting tracks to just four, compared to older versions which use to create six.
You can insert up to 20x Video and 20x Audio tracks, and name them whatever you like.
Right-click track and select Insert Video/Audio Track.
