Solved Missing option in Vegs Movie Studio 14 Platinum?

I've downloaded the new version of Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum on the 30 day trial.
I notice that when I go to Make Movie and choose Save to my Hard Drive and go to Advanced Options and choose a Render Option and a Template there is no button to render the video.
I wonder if it's because it's only the trial version and I've got to pay for it before the option is available?
Also after using the Movie Studion 13 Platinum for a number of years I thought there was a discounted upgrade offer, but I can't find any information on it.

Hi, the post about the auto 125% does not help in my case as my font size is currently 100%

It might take a few days before our upgrade options change to MS14. Somewhat irritating.

Thanks for the information, I am testing MS14P on the 30 day trial and don't yet have an activation code. When I launched the program a window popped up saying there was an update available.

I downloaded it and ran it but it said I had uninstall the current MS14P program before installing it, usually for an update it installs over the original. I unistalled the original and installed the new update but whenI launched it it asked for the activation code, which I don't currently have.

So I had to uninstalled the update and reinstalled the original program.

Very confusing.

Yes, Cornico had the same problem here.

Now I know why I'm not in a rush to try MS14. I'll let things sort out first!
