Hi we are running Movie Studio Platinum 14.0
and the Titles & Text do not behave normally
we get Enter text in the background what ever we do
is it a bug in Movie Studio Platinum 14.0 or are we doing something wrong ?

Edit:Tried to attach a screenshot but did not succeed

Very strange. That's Vegas Titles & Text you are using. I've checked mine again and have no problem. Of course you need to highlight and delete the initial text that appears.

Mine has a difference. It says "Sample Text" not "Enter Text". I'm also on Platinum 14. It was a trial version initially and I just entered the activation number on purchasing. I didn't uninstall and reinstall. I don't know if that accounts for the difference.

Hi Svendus, reporting that my version 14 (build 105) works ok. Like Eric I am presented with "Sample Text" and not "enter text". Sorry not to be able to help though. I did initially have the trial version which I deleted prior to purchasing the program.

Rendered the project again without Text
made a new project with the Rendered Video,
deleted the Text presets made in Movie Studio 13
and made new ones in Movie Studio 14
added the text from the new presets and rendered the new project
now it is running

Hi Svendus,

Vegas and Movie Studio Title and Text comes up as 'Sample Text". New Blue Titler comes up as "Enter Text". It appears you created the title in your project originally in Movie Studio 13 using the New Blue Titler, then opened it in version 14, which considering the problems reported in version 14 with New Blue, probably created the overlay problem. By deleting the original title and creating a new one the issue was corrected. Maybe that is what happened.
Best Regards......George
