Hi,
I know how to change a video to slow motion but is there a way to just make the preview in slow motion? I need to do this to easily sync my video and audio.
Thanks!

Hi, thege

left click on time line video or audio, then press (from keypad) no.1 for left moovement or no.3 for right moovement. You can make moovements of frames and seconds.
Maybe this can help.

thanks for the fast reply but the problem is that if I press the left right buttons it doesn't play the sound so I can't see if the audio and video is nicely synced, do you have other ideas?
thanks

The are only two ways to Sync Video with Audio.

1. The old fashioned way.
Clap you hands at the beginning of your Video and Audio Recordings.
Import all Video and Audio into Movie Studio/Vegas.
Use the spikes in the Audio Waveform to sync all tracks.
For maximum control, use the wheel on your mouse and zoom down to the frame level of the video.
Then you can push the main track either to the right or left, at just one frame at a time.

2. The easier way to do this requires investing in some new software - use Red Giants Plural Eyes.
Plural Eyes will sync all Video and Audio Tracks for you automatically.

Unfortunately Plural Eyes only works in Pro Level software like Sony Vegas Pro.
ℹī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
