Is there a plugin or something in MS that will make a shattering glass effect?
Not just glass shattering over the video but if possible, where the video is displayed in the braking glass pieces.
If not in MS what about Vegas!! I may be moving there soon anyway.

Hi Soniceden

There are no Video FX in Vegas that can create this effect.

You need to use a different program like Hitfilm Express or Hitfilm Pro, which use Particle Generators to create the effect.
There is a very good community of Hitfilm users on YouTube, where you should be able to learn what you need.
Hitfilm Express is 100% free.
