Solved How to nudge audio files, not the play head

How to nudge audio files, not the play head was created by strowbridge1

When syncing audio files I want to nudge one of the audio files just a tiny bit...but, using the nav arrows moves the play head NOT the file. What key nudges the file?
How can I free up the audio files from frames? I'm talkin' nudging the audio files a VERY small amount.
Thanks friends

I would recommend moving the timeline cursor to beginning or end of track.
It is also a good idea to zoom deep down into the track, to the Frame by Frame level, by using the Wheel on your mouse.

You will need to Un-Group the audio from video.
Press on top of audio or video track and the press U to Un-Group.
Now you can grab hold of the audio track and drag it slightly to the left or right until you get a good audio/video sync.
ℹī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
