Hello,

I have Platinum 13.

I have just rendered a new film but there are dark borders at the side. These are not showing on the timeline.

The pictures are mostly downloaded. There were some dark edges on these, top and bottom mainly but I removed these by changing the setting.

I cannot understand why there is a dark border on the finished film when this is not showing on the timeline.

Could anyone please advise how to remove this?

Advice would be much appreciated.

Hi there

It sounds like a settings problem.
Can you please upload a copy of your Movie Studio .vf project file.
This contains no video, but will show me your settings.

Does all of your project contain images only ?
If the answer is yes to this question, you may find your solution in this forum thread here:

Derek

Hi Derek, thank you for replying.

I am a bit of a technological idiot. How do I upload a copy of the file?

There are images and video but this has not happened before.

Many thanks

Hi Derek,

I have scrapped it and started again. It was driving me mad!

I will get back to you if it still is not working.

Really appreciate your time and help.

Thank you.
