Solved Music Maker - Magix low latency 2016 loading failed
Music Maker - Magix low latency 2016 loading failed was created by Brian
Posted 08 Mar 2019 02:27 #1 Have just purchased MSP 16 with Sound Forge and Music Maker. The latter won't run. Whilst loading a message appears "Magix low latency 2016 loading failed. Programme then appears and any attempt to use it incurs the same error message re-appearing. I have the latest windows 10 system and a nvidia gforce 940 graphics card

Posted 08 Mar 2019 11:22 #2 Hi Brian
I have never seen this error before and have been using Magix Music Maker on Windows 10 for more than 3 years now.
I can't find any information on this error on Google or the Magix forums.
I recommend you try two things:
1. Post this problem on the official Magix Forums here:
www.magix.info/us/audio-forum/music-maker/
2. I also recommend you contact Magix Support here:
support2.magix.com/customer/en/request
In my experience, Magix support is pretty good and should contact you within 48 hours or less.
Please report back with the solution, once you find out what it is.
Regards
Derek

Posted 12 Mar 2019 04:08 #4 HI Derek,
I have received a long reply from Magix effectively saying its not their software at fault and have sent me a link to download their "Syscheck" app. I attach a copy of their e-mail.
What are your thoughts? Should I do this not knowing the actual reason for this action. I am not a musician so may be all this isn't worth it.
Regards
