Shifting Text to the Left in Titler was created by PETENOW

I am working with titler express. Part of my title is the word "announcements" but the S is cut off of the right side of the screen. I have plenty of room to the left and am willing to move it over but it won't. It looks like an uneditable video except the choice of words. I have added the file to this information request.

Any ideas...

I have edited your subject line to return it to normal text size.

I don't use Titler Express, so don't know how it is set up.
However, I think I can open Titler Express projects in Titler Pro (which is what I use).

I need to see more information about how your project is set up.
Can you please upload a copy of your .vf project file.
This file does not contain any video, but it will show me all your settings.

Regards
Derek

I have attached the VF file as you requested. I came up with a work around.
Instead of titling my video as "NCC ANOUNCEMENTS" I can change the name to "NCC EVENTS." That fits nicely. However if there is a way to move the text to the left or right I would like to know that method. I just noticed that when I view the detail by looking at the properties and the general sections the type of file states version 14 which is the previous version. Don't know if that means anything.

Thanks.

I think you may have a problem with your Project Properties being set incorrectly.
At the moment you have the project set up for DVD output using the very old 4:3 aspect ratio.

What is the actual video properties for your source video ?
In the Project Media tab, right-click your video and go to Properties/Media
Now take a screen shot and upload this data window.

It is very important to make sure your Project Properties are set correctly before you start adding Text Events.
Text Event properties are locked to the Project Properties.
If you add a new Text event, then change your Project Properties, the Text will stay at old property settings and therefore may not display correctly.

Unfortunately I cannot see any New Blue Titler events in your project, which means I can't open Titler Express events in Titler Pro.

You are right. The setting were set up to a 4:3 setting. I don't know how that happened since at some point I had it set to the same wide screen settings from v14. Everything looks good now. I wrote the correct settings on paper and am leaving them near the computer for comparison before beginning.
Thanks for your help.
