Solved New Blue Titler dead end

New Blue Titler dead end was created by pdsmediaservices

I just tried to install this package as an add-on to a new install of VMS 16 Suite.

When you launch the "NewBlueFX App Manager", it forces you to "create an account". When you try to do that it says "An error occurred during account creation. An account with this email already exists". I never did that. I tried doing a forgotten password process but I got the error "An account with this email could not be found".

Has anyone seen this. What is the fix?
