Solved Can't retrieve my unrendered file /VF file
After saving and retrieving my project several times now it's gone.
This started after rendering my edit. When rendering was finished I got the error message. See screenshot for error message.
Now I can't find unrendered file. Using msp12.

Movie Studio cannot delete anything without your permission.
There are 4x options for retrieving your lost project file:
1. You may have accidentally re-saved it into a different folder on your computer.
Use the Windows search function next to the Windows Start button in lower left corner, and search for the name of your project.
If you find it, re-name and re-save it immediately, using Save As function.
2. There maybe a backup version of the file saved in the original folder location.
It will have the same name as your .vf project file, but will have the file extension your_project.vf.bak
Re-name file to just .vf (drop the .bak) and open in Vegas.
Re-save it immediately, using Save As function.
3. If you accidentally re-named it to something different without realising, use the Windows Search function again and search only ".vf"
This will find every single .vf project on your computer.
4. There maybe be an auto-saved version in the Vegas Movie Studio cache.
Go to Options/Preferences/General and copy the Temporary Files Folder location.
Now open Documents and paste address into address bar.
Look for any auto-saved .vf files.
Copy all of them into your Documents folder first, then try and open in VMS.
Let me know if you find it.
