I'm a little confused here since I've seen some YT vids touting that you should have none chosen as the delinterlace method. I'd like to know what y'all would recommend?
Ryzen 5 3600x / x570 motherboard / 32GB G Skill Ripjaws RAM / RX 6700XT 12GB / Crucial P1 M.2 1TB OS drive/Samsung 960 EVO M.2 250GB with multiple SSD's and HDD's

You only needed to have De-Interlacing turned on, if your source videos are Interlaced - not Progressive.

If you select a video in the Explorer tab:
1. the output at bottom will say Interlaced if it is Interlaced.
2. the output at bottom will say Progressive if it is Progressive.

If you select a video in the Project Media tab:
1. the output at bottom will say Upper/Lower Field First if it is Interlaced.
2. the output at bottom will say None if it is Progressive.

Right-clicking any video and selecting Properties will also tell you what it is.

ℹī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
