Hi all
I'm an occasional / light user and very much a beginner. I look set to do maybe 6-10 basic, short projects a year. How worth the extra $50-$60 is it to upgrade from version 13 to version 17?? The main thing I am using it for is rough music videos. I suppose the slow mo feature might be good to have and try.

Also, is there much chance that it might solve the problem I'm having where mp4 footage is only pulling accross in audio (no video) when I pull it over to my timeline?

Download the 30 day Platinum trial and find out for yourself on your system.

A lot has changed between 13 and 17 and personally I would say it's well worth the cost of upgrading.
