I'm using SMS 12.
I'm trying to insert a logo onto the timeline overlaying a video.
I have placed the GIF on to a separate track and amended its size to fit.
Strangely, the logo appears to have been stretched when shown in preview and when rendered even though I thought I'd made sure I didn't dispro the logo.
A circular element of the logo now appears oval.
Any idea why a GIF would appear stretched slightly.
And how can I alter the dimensions of a GIF restoring it's correct appearance.

Posted 12 Oct 2014 03:03 #2 What are the dimensions of this GIF file in pixels ?
To resize an image and make sure it maintains it's correct Aspect Ratio, you need to check a few things.
#1 Use the Track Motion tool to re-size.
#2 Make sure you have these settings turned ON - especially the first setting marked with red arrow. The second setting can be turned ON or OFF, depending on what the situation is.
Regards
Derek.
