Solved Sony Movie Studio V12 will not render
Complete newbie here: Sony Movie Studio V12
My Canon camera produces an .MTS file.
When I load it into the Movie Studio timeline and hit the Make Movie option, none of the Output options will activate the Render button.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for any help.

Hi Ken
Are you using the Platinum or Non-Platinum (basic) version of Vegas Movie Studio ?
If you are using the Platinum version, try rendering using this alternate and superior pathway.
Go to Project/Render As
Select Mainconcept AVC/AAC - Internet HD 1080p
The press the RENDER button at bottom.
I actually have an old tutorial for how to render video with V12 here:

Vegas Movie Studio versions changed names many times during it's lifetime.
It's the same thing.
I just wanted to know if you were using the Platinum version or not - because it is a BIG difference.
Vegas Movie Studio is now a retired product.
Version 12 is extremely old now.
Most people are now upgrading to Vegas Edit 19, which is the latest version of Vegas.
