I've been using MSP 17 for ages but all of a sudden all my videos are being rendered as they have some colour effect being applied. Red is now blue for example and yellow is greenish, lol.
My PC is up to scratch - Ryzen 5600X GPU RX 5700 XT and 32GB RAM, so I'm not sure what the problem is. A plugin, a codec or video driver perhaps?
Many thanks.

It sounds like you have accidentally pressed a button somewhere in the program.
The first thing I recommend you try, is a full program reset.
The reset will return all settings back to factory defaults and also delete the Temporary Files Folder (cache).
It is safe to do and will not delete any of yous saved projects.
Instructions here:

If the reset does not work, then we can look for other possible causes.

I rolled back the AMD drivers in the end and the problem went away.
Duh, I should have thought about that in the first place.

GPU drivers are notorious for causing errors.
