I believe I contacted you through your email about a NewBlue problem I had when I installed Movie Studio 12 Plat. You gave me some good advice, along with some files I might try because I received an error message whenever I attempted to bring-up NewBlue Titler in Movie Studio.

I contacted NewBlue tech. support. "Edward" replied by email to me very quickly, and we went back-and-forth (very quickly) a few times before solving the problem.

Many graphics programs are now depend on the processing power of one's display card. He resolved the issue by asking for my graphic card brand and model (I added my driver version). He sent me two executables to install over the original installation (from the Movie Studio disk). Voilà! Titler works just fine, now.

Did New Blue actually send a different version of the Titler ?
OR
Was it some type of special files ?
ℹ️ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.

They were small executibles that replaced the originals. I would guess that they replaced files that addressed my graphics card—not a complete new installation or version (my Help>About remained the same)..
