I highly recommend you download and test the free trial before you buy, to make sure it works the way you want it to.
Please note that if you also use Vegas Pro and would like to upgrade to the latest version of Vegas Pro 18, Sound Forge Pro 14 comes as part of Vegas Pro 18.

There are 2 plugin options you can use:
1. Basic
Apply Process/Time/Time Stretch
Move slider to right, to slow down.
2. Advanced
Apply Process/Time/elastique Timestretch
In Pitch/Time box, move dot to right.
If you move dot above or below the line as well, it will also affect the pitch.
Tip: Hold Alt key down to only move dot horizontally
