Question Activation of video with a sound

Is it possible to activate a video using an audio track? There is video and there is sound. While the audio track is silent - the video is not displayed when sounds start playing - the video starts being displayed.Purpose - speech animation. When there is a conversation - the character's mouth animation is activated when the character is silent - there is no animation.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your question.

The answer is no, if am understanding correctly, what you are explaining.
There is no ability to "activate" anything in VEGAS Pro, on the timeline.
Video Editing programs can only work with video that has already been created.
What you are describing sounds like something that would be done with an animation creation program, not a video editing program.

If you have more information like links to an example of what you mean, please explain more.

"activation" can mean changing the opacity - when there is sound - opacity is 100%, when not - 0%

VEGAS Pro does not have the ability to activate any function, because it heard an audio track being played.
I don't know of any Video Editing program that has such a function.
There maybe a Third Party Video Effect plugin like BorisFX that can do something like this, but I'm not sure.
