How to add a screen shot in a forum message? was created by Peter

So, how does one add a screen shot into a message?
eg - If save a screenshot as a .JPEG on my computer - how do I to place it onto the forum so that it shows in the body of the message?
Simple attachment?

My boy is shaking his head and saying just do it - I'm more restrained and not wanting to trial and error in live mode!

Regards,

Peter
