Solved How to stop all events moving on the timeline ?
Hello I have a problem in movie studio 13 platinum.
For some reason, if I move any event on the timeline, that event plus all events to the right will move.
So if I move the event on the far right, only that will move.
But if I move the event to the far left, the whole project moves as one block.
I don't know how I've done this! I want to get it back to the setting where moving an event (on the left) to the right side makes a crossfade with the next event.
Could someone please tell me how I can fix this?

âšī¸ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.

Posted 21 Jul 2016 20:22 #3 This is something we've all experienced at one time or another and it will continue to plague you all the time if you've forgotten to switch Auto Ripple on or off:) . I now try to discipline myself to make a practice of switching it off every time after I've used it but even so I occasionally forget --- so I just laugh at myself for being a silly old fool!
