You can Clone and Text event on the timeline and use in another area.
Right-click your Text event and select Copy.
Locate a new area on your timeline where you want to paste the Text event, then right-click and select Paste.
You will be greeted with this window:

Select the first option "Create a New Copy..."
If you open this new Text event, you can now edit the Text to say something different, but all the original styling will be kept in place.

If you select the 2nd option, anything you change in the new copy, will also be reflected back into the original copy.

ℹ️ Remember to turn everything off at least once a week, including your brain, then sit somewhere quiet and just chill out.
