I will assume that you have been using Vegas Pro at some time in the past.
That is why you are asking this question.

You cannot Nest Projects with Movie Studio.

What you can do though, is have TWO instances of Movie Studio open at the same time and copy chunks of media from one project into the other.
I do this all the time.
