Which specific version are you using ?

Just saying Vegas is vague.

Download the Preset Manager which I have linked in the article.

Please note: If you are downloading presets that where made with Vegas Pro and/or Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, they may not work inside of Vegas Movie Studio 17 (non-platinum version).
