I have Win10 with the CLASSIC SHELL overlaid:  I've followed the instructions in: doctor-zen-faq/573-how-to-reset-sony-software-to-default-settings#a1  but I couldn't get the box to appear to clear the cache.  What am i doing wrong?  Thanks so much!

You MUST create/add a Quick Launch icon for Vegas onto your Windows Desktop.
If you don't start Vegas from a Desktop icon, it will not work.
